  • What types of pets do you board?

    Our boarding services cater to dogs and cats, ensuring they have a secure, hygienic, and pleasant stay during their time with us.

  • What do I need to bring when boarding my pet?

    We suggest bringing your pet's regular food, any necessary medications, a favorite toy, and their bedding to enhance their comfort. While we provide clean bedding and bowls, you're welcome to bring your pet's own if preferred.

  • Do you require vaccinations for boarding?

    Indeed, we require proof of current vaccinations to ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care. For dogs, this includes rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines. Cats must be vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP.

  • How often will my dog be exercised?

    We provide multiple opportunities throughout the day for dogs to relieve themselves, engage in playtime, and participate in supervised exercise sessions.

  • Can my pets stay together if I have more than one?

    Certainly. If your pets are comfortable sharing space, we offer shared accommodations at a reduced rate.

  • What happens if my pet gets sick during their stay?

    In the event of illness, we will contact you immediately and, if necessary, transport your pet to the nearest veterinary facility for prompt medical attention.

  • Do you offer long-term boarding?

    We accommodate both short-term and long-term boarding needs, providing options for extended stays.

  • Do you groom all dog breeds?

    Our skilled grooming team is equipped to handle dogs of all sizes, offering breed-specific grooming services including cuts and trims.
